Through the Student Lens 2022
Image City Photography Gallery
722 University Ave.
Apr 1, 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm

For our 13th Edition of “Through the Student Lens 2022″ we contacted high schools in Monroe County and the first 18 who responded are participating in the exhibit. Each school selects exactly 10 photos, with no more than 2 from any one student for their display. Image City provides printing and matting for the photographs. The Flower City Arts Center Photo Club Program, “Studio 678,” which includes middle school students from Wilson Foundation Academy and James Monroe High School also participates.

For a full list of participating schools and teachers, and for reception times for schools, visit the exhibition website.

We acknowledge and appreciate — student photographs are printed by Michael Hager, Museum Photographics and mounted by Jason Cambell, Frameworks of Rochester

Also exhibiting are Visiting Artist Elena Delai, Guest Photographers, Ron Andrews and Nick Jospe, and Select Member Images by Camera Rochester Photographers John Holtz, Nikhil Nagane, Larry Mandelker and Jason Abel. Additional photographers are Artist in Residence David Perlman and Gallery Partners Dick Bennett, Marie Costanza, Steve Levinson, Gil Maker, Don Menges, Luann Pero, Betsy Phillips, John Solberg and Sheridan Vincent.

This exhibition runs March 22 – April 17, 2022. There is no admission fee, and the Gallery is handicap accessible.
