In May of this year Pittsford Fine Art member Suzi Zefting-Kuhn and four other local artists from the Rochester area traveled to South Africa for a grand painting and travel adventure hosted by Workshops in SA. The workshop participants were treated to four- and five-star accommodations, safaris and gorgeous scenery. Suzi arrived back home with over a thousand photos and much inspiration. The paintings completed so far will be premiered at the gallery in the month of December. The work will feature oils of the wildlife, the people, and the scenery from the Cape Winelands and the three game reserves she visited. She has much more reference to paint in the coming year and will be displayed at Pittsford Fine Art upon completion.
