It’s back! We’ll select a variety of books, wrap them in brown paper packaging, and write descriptive words on them. Then you pay $3 and take them home with you! New this year, for $5 you can also take a book from our shelves, wrap it up, and bring it home as a gift for someone special.
Writers & Books is proud to participate in First Friday each month. We pick a theme and put out snacks, you come and enjoy our building. Peruse the bookstore, pick up a catalog and participate in whatever free themed event we have that evening. Wide Open Mic, Rochester’s longest running open mic, kicks off at 7:00 in our Performance Space with host Norm Davis.
