Flower City Arts Center
713 Monroe Ave.
Jan 5, 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Join us from 6 – 9pm for the opening reception of “Be Who We Ought to Be: Visions From the 9th Floor Artist Collective”. This exhibition showcases artwork created by Britton Bradford, Richmond Futch, Mason Paradiso, Najay Quick, Prince Will Robinson, Rashaad Parker, and Ya’qub Shabazz.
The 9th Floor Artist Collective provides educational, cultural, and business support to artists, particularly in Rochester’s Black American community. They serve as a hub for cross-cultural dialogue and accessibility to the visual arts by fostering the development of community-minded artists.
This show will be displayed in our Firehouse Gallery until January 26.
We look forward to seeing you at 713 Monroe Ave!
