Constance Mauro Studio 236 will be collecting cat food for The Pet Adoption Network this First Friday. Proceeds from sales of $5 mini prints and $10 etchings will also be donated to the organization. 15 studios will be supporting change in our community, with sales of event-specific art, raffles and more. We will have on site voter registration – become part of the change you want to happen. And bring some full or sample–sized toiletries for Sample Soap. This all-volunteer group redistributes them to Rochester’s neediest citizens. Some other causes: Causewave Community Partners, Comic Book Legal Defense Fund, Environmental Awareness, Journeys of Solution, MOMS for Sensible Gun Control, National MS Society, Never Say Never Foundation, Rochester Breast Cancer Coalition, St Joseph’s House of Hospitality. And remember…don’t park in front of Happy Feet, your car will be deported! Additional parking at Greenovation and the Credit Union.
