Start your spooky season off right this First Friday with Frank’s Chop Shop for the opening of AMERICAN GOTH SHIT.

This show curated by JJ Pelechaty and Matt Vanderlee explores goth culture in Rochester by inviting the members of our community that identify with this immensely influential subculture to display their works throughout the month of October at Frank’s. Rather than focus on works that ‘look’ goth, we are focusing on the people that ‘are’ goth. The result of this amalgamation is a show that is dark, fun and loud. Featuring works honoring American Pop culture, American craft, and American arts, come celebrate that American goth shit that we have all come to love and worship every October.
