This joint exhibition features work all aimed at connecting the artist and viewer to a deeper sense of beauty in ordinary life, and to a greater sense of belonging, through the exploration of shared, everyday landscapes. These long-time friends, and first time collaborators present a body of work featuring parks and other public places where people from all walks of life gather, mix, and mingle, and where a sense of community – or at least common humanity – feels more significant than all the divisions.

Common/Ground is on view September 6-28, with an opening reception on Friday, September 6th at 6pm.
